For Rindborg & Rindborg AB, personal integrity is important. We strive for a high level of data protection. In this policy, we explain how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can assert them.

What is a personal data and what is a processing of personal data?

Personal data is all information about a living natural person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. It is not only about names and social security numbers, but also about, for example, pictures and e-mail addresses.

Processing of personal data is everything that happens with the personal data in the IT systems, regardless of whether it is about mobile devices or computers. This concerns, for example, collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing and transmission. In some cases, manual records may also be covered.

What personal data do we collect about you and why?

We mainly process your name, social security number, address and contact details, bank account for salary payment and information you have provided about your next of kin.

We process your personal data in order to be able to fulfill our obligations according to our employment contract with you and to fulfill regulations in law and collective agreements.

Personal data assistants

In some situations it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, different IT providers for HR systems or electronic driving records. They are then personal data assistants for us. We check personal data processors to ensure that they guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data. When personal data assistants are engaged, it is only for the purposes that are compatible with the purposes we ourselves have for the processing.

Actors who are independently responsible for personal data

We also share your personal data with certain other actors who are independent personal data controllers, for example authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are obliged to disclose such data based on law or authority decision. When your personal data is shared with an actor who is an independent personal data controller, that organization's privacy policy and personal data handling apply.

How long do we store your personal data?

We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purpose. Due to legislation, certain data in the bookkeeping, for example, needs to be saved for at least seven years.

What are your rights as a data subject?

As a registered user, you have a number of rights under current legislation. You have the right to receive an extract that shows which personal data we have registered about you. You can request correction of incorrect data and in some cases deletion.
